The Marking Works for Steel Flanges |

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges' marking style, usually the marking words include seller's Logo, buyer's Logo (OEM), standard name, flange's type, flange's pressure (rating), flange's size, flange's material, place of origin, heat number and other words. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange's dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal size, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal size. Another important place is heat number, it is the tracing base for each piece flange. From the heat number we can tracing problem flanges from the flanges material and next process. |

We also can marking any words and simple logo on flanges according to buyer's request. The normal marking method is using steel stamp marking machine, on this way it will leave indentation of words and logo on flanges with depth of 1mm or more. The other marking method are using laser marking and electro-chemical corrosion marking machine, we both have the 3 marking method machine for using. |
